How long will it take for my order to ship?

We are a small but mighty team, so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally, but check back often for updates. As we grow, we hope to expand our shipping capabilities.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we offer wholesale on select items. Contact us regarding the requested items and quantities, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What is your return policy?

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on bath or body items. If you have a problem with an apparel purchase regarding the sizing, please contact us at princressdressllc@gmail.com and we will provide additional support.

Is this a dropshipping store or company?

No, we aren't a dropshipping store. The owner is hands-on and creates several products in the store, as well as partners with other Kingdom women to provide products for the shop. While we do work with vendors to develop some of our merchandise, the owner is very involved, taking a year to build relationships with other small business owners who could supply the items that we don’t currently have the tools to create ourselves. The owner develops all of the designs for apparel, dog tags, etc. She works closely with our partners every step of the way to ensure that you receive quality products. Our owner also personally tests, wears and uses all products before we add them to the shop.

Why don’t you carry jarred items such as bath salts, scrubs and butters in larger sizes other than 4 ounce jars? 

We would love to expand the product sizes that we offer. How soon we can do that will depend on consumer support. The owner started this business with personal savings, taking a leap of faith to launch the Princess Dress Store in the middle of the pandemic. God, family and health are top priority, and we will expand as we grow, with your love and support!

Why aren’t the Beauty Boxes more economically priced?

Every item at Princess Dress, including our beauty boxes are priced according to the quality of the products included and time it takes to curate and package the products. By supporting this business you’re not only supporting this business, you’re supporting veterans and helping many other small businesses to keep their doors open. By purchasing from us, your blessing extends to family, women owned and other Kingdom businesses. The cost is also an investment in your self-care, as all scented and body products are made from organic, gluten free ingredients.

Since the store owner is a certified stylist, does she or the Princess Dress Store offer any personal styling services? I could use some style help. 

All of the owner’s energy is currently focused on her family, homeschooling her children and managing the Princess Dress online store so she does not currently offer styling services. However, stay tuned and connected with us via our email list and social media communities, as the owner has invested time into planning a Christ-based virtual style course. We’ll be sure to inform everyone when that course becomes available.

I saw some items in the listings for your boxes but can’t find them on the website. Why aren’t the items available if I don’t want a box?

Some of the items in the boxes are selected especially for the boxes. That doesn’t mean that the product won’t ever be offered on the website. Our boxes are created to serve our customers with items that are beautiful, enjoyable and promote self-love in a manner that reminds them that they are God’s royal ladies, worthy of love and a Kingdom inheritance. There are many nice items to choose from in the store. Hopefully, you’ll find something that you love!  

Do you have any boxes for men or teen girls? 

The owner loves the guys and male family members and friends in her life. She is inspired by them and is praying about items that can be used to curate a box exclusively for the gents! We’re excited to see what God and Lady T come up with! It’s a work in progress. He makes all things beautiful in its time…Ecclesiastes 3:11.
